Expectations

All Gigaquirks’ Employees are expected to:

  •  RAMP-UP QUICKLY

Since every employee will be assigned to different projects and clients, employees are expected to understand the project requirements and workflow quickly.

  • BE RELIABLE

Since employees are working remotely from home, you are expected to maintain a consistent working style so that clients can always count on you. Employees are expected to notify clients and Gigaquirks when you are away from the computer with a brief explanation as to why and your expected return time. Additionally, employees are expected to check in and out using the client’s internal time-tracking tools. Advance notice is required if you are unable to work on a given day.

  • BE PROACTIVE

Employees will update clients daily on work progress, issues, solutions, and documentation. A client should never have to ask for a status update. Additionally, our employees should actively identify and offer to do additional work if they get ahead. It is the employees’ duty to contribute wherever possible, and keep the client up-to-date and informed on every aspect of their work.

  • ADAPT TO CLIENT’S SCHEDULE AND WORKFLOW

Every employees are expected to work according to the preferred work hours of the clients.

  • BE RESPONSIVE

Employees are expected to respond to all communications within a 10 minutes via email, Skype, gchat or another preferred client communication channel. Since employees are full time workers, you are expected to be contactable and online at all times during work hours.
